Artist Jesse Melanson (JMEL) painted a mural on Nevada State Bank’s West Liberty building in Reno live during Artown. The piece was painted in a low polygon artwork style to represent the future and technology, and how that contrasts with the Earth, water and natural surroundings of the Reno area. Melanson’s goal was to create something that’s relatable to anyone in Reno that shows the beauty of the high desert mountains and surrounding waterways. SOURCE
