The evening begins with a champagne toast\, a complimentary photo\, and a long-stemmed red rose for each couple. Guests can start with a choice of soup or salad. Appetizer options\, followed by a variety of entrees featuring meat and steak selections\, as well as vegetarian and pescatarian options.
